With a background in retail and airline supply chains, he successfully applies his knowledge to the motor trade, running Quayside Tyre & Service Centre for 14 years before selling in December 2023. In May 2023, he co-founded H&H Motorcycles with his sons, Glenn and Nathan, to run another family business.

A lifelong motorcycling enthusiast, he has extensive experience in riding, racing, and competing on open roads, circuits and in events like the TT, MGP, and S100. Dean also served as a Travelling Marshall for 10 years, stepping down to focus on his sons' racing careers.

  • Glenn Harrison

Glenn is a skilled vehicle technician with over 13 years of experience in the motor trade. He has a deep passion for motorcycles, regardless of type or size and having a shop with his family whilst being able to assist others on their motorcycling journeys is a dream come true for Glenn.

His personal highlights include competing on the Isle of Man's mountain course, achieving multiple finishes with a personal best lap speed of 120 mph. He is also the 13th member of the prestigious 'Tommy Club'.

At 32 years old, Glenn was born and raised on the Isle of Man by his parents, Dean and Jane. In his spare time, Glenn is a proud father to Bradley and Leo, who are on track to become the next generation of racers in the H&H family.

  • Nathan Harrison

Nathan's passion for motorcycles was first ignited at the age of five when he received his first MX bike. As he progressed through the motocross ranks, he claimed the title of IOM MX 50cc Champion before shifting to short circuit racing at just 12yrs old. Competing in the Aprilia Superteens—where future stars like Casey Stoner and Cal Crutchlow got their start—Nathan quickly earned a reputation for himself.

In 2019, he made history by becoming the youngest rider to win both the Junior and Senior Manx Grand Prix, achieving an extraordinary double. After a strong top-ten finish at the 2022 TT in his debut with the H&H Motorcycles team, Nathan joined the Factory Honda Racing UK team in 2023.

Born and raised on the Isle of Man by his parents, Dean and Jane, with a lifelong love for motorcycles, Nathan now shares his knowledge and experience at his family-owned shop, H&H Motorcycles, alongside his dad Dean and brother Glenn, helping other bike enthusiasts fuel their passion for motorcycling.

  • David Hagan

Dave’s passion for motorcycles began at an early age and has only grown stronger over the years. He started working part-time at a Honda dealership at 13 and later completed his apprenticeship at Honda’s UK Training School, earning “Honda Apprentice of the Year” in 1979. Throughout the 80s, Dave expanded his expertise by attending numerous training courses with major bike brands like Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, and Kawasaki. While racing amateur Moto-X in the early 80s, a road bike accident led him to focus on mechanics instead, eventually becoming a senior technician at Corby Kawasaki and later workshop manager at a Cambridgeshire motorcycle superstore.

In 1991, Dave joined Kawasaki Europe, where he worked across MX-GP, World Endurance, and R&D. After returning to the UK, he became a senior engine builder and development engineer at TTS Performance in Silverstone. This led to his role as technical manager for the Crescent Suzuki BSB team in 1997, where he played a key role in turning the team into championship contenders. Although he took time off from racing in 2002, Dave returned that year to run a National Superstock rider, nearly winning the championship, and also secured two European Superstock "Wild Card" wins.

In 2003, Dave transitioned to MotoGP as an engine development engineer before settling in the Isle of Man and founding Evomoto in Ramsy. Through this venture, he built engines for TT and MGP competitors, earning numerous wins and podiums. In 2017, Dave became the Technical Director for the TT, a position he still holds today. Despite scaling down his activities in 2020 due to health concerns, his passion for motorcycles remains as strong as ever. He now works with his close friends at H&H Motorcycles, bringing his vast experience and precision to every project.

  • Matthew Mylchreest

Matt's passion for motorcycles began at a young age. After leaving school, he worked as a vehicle technician for over five years before seizing the opportunity to start a motorcycle apprenticeship with Honda at the Honda Institute in London. Following more than five years with Honda, Matt moved to Jason Griffiths Motorcycles to expand his experience working with other manufacturers like BMW, Triumph, and Kawasaki.

Matt began racing in 2011 and earned his road race license for the iconic mountain course in 2015. Three years later, in 2018, he made his TT debut, lapping at an impressive average of 118 mph.

After running his own motorcycle business for the past decade, Matt recently joined the H&H team, bringing his wealth of experience and expertise to the group.

  • Alexander Galloway - Apprentice

Alexander is an 18-year-old with a strong passion for motorsport and racing. He began riding bikes at the age of 12 and has since worked his way up through the ranks. Currently, he competes at the club level on a 600cc Yamaha, with the ultimate goal of racing in the prestigious Manx Grand Prix in the coming years.

Bikes have always played a significant role in Alexander’s life, and he is fortunate to be pursuing both his racing career and professional development as an apprentice motorcycle technician at H&H Motorcycles. He is eager to learn from the team’s extensive experience and apply that knowledge to both his racing and future career in the motorsport industry.

Driven to continuously improve, Alexander is focused on progressing both on the track and in the workshop as he works towards the next step in his apprenticeship and racing journey.

  • Karl Toole - UK rep - The Legend

Growing up in a family involved in motorsport, the world of car racing was a key influence in the early years for Karl. With his parents owning a car breaker and salvage yard, he was hands-on with vehicles from a young age. Despite this, his true passion was always motorcycles, a love that grew as he watched bike races with friends and family, even though there was no direct family involvement in motorcycles.

After school, he pursued work related to motorsport, starting at a high-performance body shop. His interest in racing continued, and at 16, he bought his first motorcycle, a modified 50cc. In 2004, he achieved a championship in oval racing, which led him to focus on motorcycles and racing. He started helping in the paddock, preparing bikes, and eventually moved through the ranks from 400cc bikes to 600cc and then superbikes, including racing a Ducati. He gained connections in the BSB paddock, assisting with teams like R4R, and set up a workshop at home to build and prep bikes for customers.

In 2021, he joined Nathan Harrison Racing, working alongside Dean and Nathan in road racing and BSB. Their success in 2022 solidified the team’s growth, and he became an integral part of their operations. As the team expanded with a new workshop in the south of the UK and a dealership on the Isle of Man, he provided support during the 2024 TT and continues to work with both the team and dealership. His role within the team, alongside his continued involvement with the Yamaha Academy, ensures he stays at the forefront of motorcycle knowledge as he looks forward to future achievements.
